Cancellation and Refund Policy on Registration for InSuDoc2024Cancellation made on or before April 15, 2024: Refund will be arranged with an administrative charge of 250HKD to be deducted from the amount. Cancellation made after April 15, 2024: No refund will be arranged.

Will I receive confirmation of my payment?A confirmation letter for your registration will be issued upon receipt of your registration fee. Please note that registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.

What are the payment methods available?We accept credit cards (VISA/Masters), Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.

How can I pay the registration fees?In our acceptance email, we will include a link for you to make the payment for your registration fees.
