  • Cancellation and Refund Policy on Registration for InSuDoc2024
    Cancellation made on or before April 15, 2024: Refund will be arranged with an administrative charge of 250HKD to be deducted from the amount. Cancellation made after April 15, 2024: No refund will be arranged.
  • Will I receive confirmation of my payment?
    A confirmation letter for your registration will be issued upon receipt of your registration fee. Please note that registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.
  • What are the payment methods available?
    We accept credit cards (VISA/Masters), Union Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
  • How can I pay the registration fees?
    In our acceptance email, we will include a link for you to make the payment for your registration fees.
