  • When will I know if I am accepted to participate in InSuDoc2023?
    You will be informed by May 20, 2023. The email will contain the formal invitation letter to participate in InSuDoc2023, which you can use to apply for funding in your institution.
  • If admitted, how can I pay the registration fees?
    In our acceptance letter, we will indicate the bank account number where you will need to transfer the registration fees (USD 250 or HKD 2,000).
  • What are the payment methods available?
    We only accept credit card at the moment.
  • Will I receive confirmation of my payment?
    A confirmation letter for your registration will be issued upon receipt of your registration fee. Please note that registration will not be processed unless accompanied by full payment.
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy on Registration for InSuDoc2023
    Cancellation made on or before June 24, 2023: Refund will be arranged with an administrative charge of USD 30 (HKD 250) to be deducted from the amount. Cancellation made after June 24: No refund will be arranged
