Dr. Alfredo Bautista is Associate Professor and Associate Head in the Department of Early Childhood Education at EdUHK. His research focuses on teaching practices and teacher professional development. Before joining EdUHK, he worked in Spain, Canada, United States, and Singapore. Alfredo currently serves as Associate Editor for ‘Journal for the Study of Education and Development’, ‘Psychology, Society, and Education’, and ‘Publicaciones’. He collaborates as Editorial Board Member with other three journals and has acted as external Reviewer for 22 journals.

Prof. Kerry Lee is the Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education and Director of the Centre for Educational and Developmental Sciences. Trained as a cognitive developmental psychologist at the University of Sydney and Macquarie University, his work focuses on mathematical achievement, working memory, and the development of executive

functioning. He has published extensively in top-tier journals and is an associate editor of Learning and Individual Differences.

Dr. CAPIO, Catherine Mamaid researches on the intersecting areas of motor development, physical activity, and health in promoting better outcomes that start in early childhood. She comes from a background of clinical practice, research, and government policy. Catherine has studied and worked in Asia, Europe and the Pacific, and has been supervising PhD and EdD students in Hong Kong and New Zealand.

Dr. Jianbin LI received his Ph.D. (cum laude) in developmental psychology. His research interest centers on child and adolescent development and teachers’ well-being. He has published over 80 papers on peer-reviewed journals, such as Perspectives on Psychological Science and Review of Educational Research. He is now serving as editorial member for several journals such as Learning and Individual Differences and Stress & Health. He is recognized as Rising Star by the Association for Psychological Science (APS).
